Bridging Brown County's Annual Networking Dinner will be held on Thursday, November 1 at the Springfield Community Center. Social hour begins at 5:45 p.m. with dinner being served at 6:30 p.m.
2017-18 Leadership Cohort Graduation
On Tuesday, May 15th the Bridging Brown County Leadership Group celebrated their accomplishments and completion of their nine-month Leadership Training. The 17 participants from this years program spent one day each month touring the county, learning new skills, and meeting new people. Seven of the sessions included in depth training deliver by staff from the University of Minnesota Extension’s Center for Community Vitality. Included in the training was Understanding Your Personal Leadership Style, Committees that Work: Common Traps, Creative Solutions, Bridging Generational Trends: Preparing for Tomorrow’s Workforce, Stimulating Visionary Leadership, Navigating Conflict, Enhancing Ethical Leadership, and Improving Critical Thinking.
